| Caption: The chart above shows the raw catch downstream migrant pipe trap results from Horse Linto Creek for the spring and summer of 1992. The winter and spring of 1992 were very dry and flows were low. Consequently, the low number of Chinook trapped in 1992 cannot be ascribed to adverse trapping conditions. The number of spawners in the preceeding 1991-92 spawning season was high so the low number of migrants is puzzling. Age classes were not being delineated for steelhead prior to 1994. The Lower Trinity Ranger District of the Six Rivers National Forest collected the data. See Info Links for more information. | |
